Norac UC-4

For farm operators and custom applicators, speed can have a major impact on the bottom line. Manual operation of a sprayer in uneven field terrain may require reduced operating speeds for continual boom adjustments. The UC-4’s ultrasonic sensors constantly measure the distance to the ground. This information allows the UC4 system to make responsive height adjustments to allow your booms to automatically follow the contours of the land. The system is so dependable that it can allow an average speed of over 18mph in all kinds of uneven terrain.

Auto Boom

With the AUTO BOOM system, spraying perfection can be obtained automatically at speeds of full sprayer horsepower in all terrain. The booms are controlled by a parallel hydraulic system that operates independently of the original lift circuit. This system gently balances the oil in the lift circuit harmonizing the hydraulic cylinders and allowing the booms to gravitate down or travel upwards instantaneously.
With the AUTO BOOM the hydraulic valves are always open. Because AUTO BOOM valves are always open there is no reaction time and ground speed is no longer a limiting factor for perfect boom to ground distance.
